Viktoriya Bondaryk-Croskey is a partner at Setzler, Croskey, Owens & Bondaryk, attorneys at law. She earned her Bachelors degree, International Relations and Diplomacy major, from Kiev International University in 2010. She earned her J.D. degree from Florida Costal School of Law in 2015. Viktoriya Bondaryk-Croskey is undertaking family law and immigration law matters.

Viktoriya Bondaryk-Croskey is undertaking broad range of business immigration matters such as immigration through EB-5 and E-2 Visas. She stays closely involved with each investor though entire immigration process starting with the evaluation of a project, preparing and filing of I-526 Petitions to filing I-829 Petitions to Remove Conditions and issuance of green cards.

Prior to practicing immigration and family law, Viktoriya Bondaryk-Croskey gained considerable courtroom experience working as an Assistant State Attorney for the 7th Judicial Circuit, which she uses on a daily basis for her clients in state and federal courts. Viktoriya Bondaryk-Croskey is an active member of the Florida Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
